We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned boots, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
